VI. Employer Responsibilities
A. Providing a Safe Work Environment
The Employer is responsible for taking all necessary steps to ensure that the workplace is completely free from any hazards that could potentially threaten the health and safety of employees. The Employer must provide safety training to educate employees on hazard identification, avoidance, and management, covering all relevant protocols and best practices.
B. Training and Support
The Employer is obligated to furnish continuous training programs and provide ongoing support to bolster and improve the Employee's skillset. This commitment encompasses various forms of educational and developmental opportunities designed to enhance the Employee's professional competencies and overall performance. The Employer provides regular instruction and guidance to foster growth and skill enhancement, including workshops, seminars, training, and coaching to advance the Employee's proficiency.
C. Compliance with Labor Laws
The Employer is obligated to adhere to and follow all applicable labor laws and regulations that pertain to and govern employment practices.
VII. Termination of Employment
A. Grounds for Termination
This Agreement may be brought to an end or terminated by either Party if one of them fails to adhere to or violates the terms and conditions that have been established within this contract.
