III. Responsibilities

IV. Payment Terms

A. Fee Structure

  2. Additional Charges

    Additional charges may apply for catering services, extra equipment, and additional hours. These charges will be outlined in a separate addendum if applicable.

B. Payment Schedule

    A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is due upon signing this Agreement to secure the date and time of the event.

VI. Confidentiality

VII. Termination

A. Termination for Cause
