III. Responsibilities

IV. Payment Terms

A. Fee Structure

    The total fee for the private screening is $5,000, which includes facility rental, movie screening rights, technical support, and standard amenities.

  2. Additional Charges

    Additional charges may apply for catering services, extra equipment, and additional hours. These charges will be outlined in a separate addendum if applicable.

B. Payment Schedule

    A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is due upon signing this Agreement to secure the date and time of the event.

VI. Confidentiality

VII. Termination

A. Termination for Cause
