Professional Agreement Addendum

1. Purpose

This Professional Agreement Addendum is intended to modify and supplement the existing agreement between [Your Company Name] and ABC Enterprises Inc. (the "Parties"). 3. Payment Terms

5. Responsibilities

7. Execution
