Parties
This Agreement is made and entered into by and between:

Party B: Luke Howard, residing at 239 Monares Ln, Erie, CO 80516, acting in the capacity of the buyer in this transaction.
Terms and Conditions
This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which Party A agrees to sell, and Party B agrees to purchase, the following item(s): One (1) Yamaha Grand Piano, model C7, serial number 12345.
Total Purchase Price: The total purchase price for the item(s) is $20,000 to be paid in full by Party B on or before December 1, 2050.
Delivery: The item(s) will be delivered to Party B at 239 Monares Ln, Erie, CO 80516 on December 10, 2050.
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage to the item(s) passes to Party B upon delivery.
Finality of Sale: All sales are final, and the item(s) are sold "as is", with no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Denver County, Colorado, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of this Agreement and not to disclose any information regarding the terms, conditions, and parties involved to any third party unless required by law.
Specific Obligations
Party A’s Obligations: Party A is responsible for ensuring that the item(s) to be sold are available and in the agreed condition at the time of delivery.
Party B’s Obligations: Party B is responsible for making the payment in accordance with the terms specified in this Agreement and for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible for the receipt of the item(s).
