Agreement Overview

This Cleaning and Pressure Washing Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on [15th January 2050], between:

Both parties agree to the terms outlined below regarding the provision of cleaning and pressure washing services.

I. Services to be Provided

The Service Provider agrees to perform the following services:

  1. Pressure Washing:

    • Residential exterior surface cleaning, including walls, driveways, and walkways.

    • Removal of dirt, grime, mold, algae, and other debris.

  2. Additional Cleaning Services:

    • Window washing.

    • Gutter cleaning.

    • Deck and patio cleaning.

II. Service Schedule

IV. Terms and Conditions

  2. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement with a 30-day written notice.

  3. Rescheduling Policy: Any changes to scheduled service must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. A rescheduling fee of [50 USD] applies if notice is not provided within the required timeframe.

  4. Liability: The Service Provider will not be held liable for damage caused by normal wear and tear or pre-existing damage to the property. Any damage caused during the service will be repaired at the expense of the Service Provider.

V. Client Responsibilities

  1. Provide access to water and electricity required for the cleaning services.

  2. Remove any personal items or fragile objects from areas to be serviced.

  3. Inform the Service Provider of any areas that require special attention or care.

VI. Warranties

The Service Provider guarantees that all work will be completed to industry standards. If the Client is not satisfied with the quality of service, they must notify the Service Provider within [7] days to allow for a remedy at no additional cost.
