This Landlord-Tenant Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on this 4th day of November 2050, by and between [Your Name] (“Landlord”) and Lawrence Orn (“Tenant”). The Landlord and Tenant may collectively be referred to as the “Parties.”
I. Property Description
The property that is the subject of this Agreement is located at:

The Premises consists of a three-bedroom, two-bathroom house with a garage and backyard, suitable for residential purposes.
II. Lease Term

III. Rent
The Tenant agrees to pay the Landlord rent in the amount of $2,500.00 per month. Rent is due on the first day of each month. Payments should be made to the Landlord via bank transfer to the following account:

If the rent is not received by the 5th day of each month, a late fee of $100.00 will be assessed.
IV. Security Deposit
Upon signing this Agreement, Tenant shall pay a security deposit of $2,500.00. This deposit will be held to cover any damages or unpaid rent. The security deposit will be returned to the Tenant within 30 days after the termination of the lease, less any deductions for damages or unpaid amounts.

The Tenant shall be responsible for all utilities associated with the Premises, including:

The Landlord shall be responsible for:

VI. Maintenance and Repairs
The Tenant agrees to maintain the Premises in good condition. The Tenant shall notify the Landlord promptly of any needed repairs. The Landlord is responsible for maintaining the structure and ensuring all systems (plumbing, heating, and electrical) are in working order.
VII. Use of Premises
The Premises shall be used exclusively for residential purposes by the Tenant and approved occupants only. The Tenant shall not engage in any illegal activities on the Premises or disturb the peace of the neighborhood.
VIII. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days written notice to the other party. The notice must be delivered to the following addresses:
