Washington State Rental Agreement

I. Premises

Electricity
Gas
Water
Sewer
Trash Removal
Internet
VI. Maintenance and Repairs
The Tenant shall maintain the Premises in good order and condition. The Tenant shall promptly report any maintenance issues to the Landlord at [Your Company Email].
VII. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party at least 30 days prior to the desired termination date.
VIII. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington.
