III. Terms of Use
A. Compliance with Laws

IV. Security and Damage Policy
A. Security Measures
The Owner shall provide security staff for the event to ensure proper management of guests and compliance with venue policies.
B. Liability for Damage
The Renter shall be responsible for any damages to the venue caused during the rental period. If damages exceed the security deposit, the Renter agrees to cover the additional repair costs.
V. Insurance Requirements

VI. Cancellation Policy
A. Renter-Initiated Cancellations

Cancellations made 30 days prior to the event will receive a full refund of the initial deposit.

B. Owner-Initiated Cancellations

VII. Indemnification
