2. Acknowledgment of Terms

4. Payment and Fees
4.1 Fees and Payment Policy
Participant agrees to pay all fees associated with the Yoga Services as outlined in the Studio’s current pricing list, available at [Your Company Website] or upon request. The Studio reserves the right to change its fees at any time, with prior notice to all affected Participants.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in Section 6 of this Agreement.
4.2 Membership Plans and Subscriptions
Participants enrolled in a membership or subscription plan will be billed according to the specific terms of their plan, as agreed upon during enrollment. The Participant is responsible for any fees associated with membership cancellation or plan changes.
5. Health and Safety Assumption of Risk
5.1 Health Representation
The Participant represents and warrants that they are physically fit and have no medical condition or injury that would prevent their safe participation in Yoga Services. The Studio strongly advises that the Participant consults a healthcare professional before engaging in any Yoga Service.
5.2 Assumption of Risk
Yoga involves physical movement and postures that may present inherent risks, including but not limited to, physical injury, mental or emotional stress, and other possible health risks. By participating in Yoga Services, the Participant assumes all such risks voluntarily, regardless of the nature of the risks or their severity.
5.3 Release of Liability
The Participant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless [Your Company Name], its instructors, employees, contractors, and affiliates, from any and all liability, claims, damages, or losses arising out of or related to the Participant’s engagement in any Yoga Service, including any injuries or medical conditions that may arise.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
6.1 Class Cancellations

7. Code of Conduct
The Studio is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. Participants are expected to:

Refrain from disruptive behavior, including excessive talking, use of mobile devices, or disrespectful language toward others.

The Studio reserves the right to deny access to, or remove from, any Yoga Service any Participant whose behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful.
8. Confidentiality and Privacy

The Studio collects certain personal information from Participants for the purposes of scheduling, billing, and communication. This information is stored securely and in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
8.2 Privacy Policy

9. Intellectual Property Rights

10. Media Release
Participants acknowledge that the Studio may occasionally capture photographs, video recordings, or other media during Yoga Services for promotional or educational purposes. By signing this Agreement, the Participant grants the Studio the right to use such media, which may include the Participant’s likeness, for promotional or educational purposes in perpetuity without further compensation. If the Participant does not wish to be included in any media, they must notify the Studio in writing.
11. Amendments and Modifications
This Agreement may be modified by the Studio at any time, with notice to the Participant. Continued participation in the Yoga Services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement terms.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
