Free Truck Rental Agreement Form

Please fill out this agreement completely and accurately.

I. The Parties

This Truck Rental Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into on Month Day, Year by and between Lessor’s Name, with a primary address at Lessor's Address ("Lessor"), and Lessee’s Name, with a primary address at Lessee's Address ("Lessee"). The Lessor and Lessee may collectively be referred to as the "Parties" or individually as a "Party."

WHEREAS, the Lessor is the lawful owner of the truck available for rental;

WHEREAS, the Lessee is in need of a truck and desires to rent the truck owned by the Lessor;

WHEREAS, the Parties wish to set forth the terms and conditions under which the Lessor will rent the truck to the Lessee;

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements herein, the Parties agree as follows:

V. Responsibilities of Lessee

1. Lessee agrees to operate the truck safely and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Lessee shall return the truck in the same condition as received, less normal wear and tear.

3. Lessee shall not sublease or transfer the rental agreement to another party.

VI. Liability

1. Lessee agrees to be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that occur due to negligence or misuse of the vehicle.

2. Lessor shall not be liable for any personal injuries or damages sustained by Lessee during the rental period.

VII. Signature

By signing below, both Parties agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
