I. Introduction

II. Scope of Services

The Service Provider will provide the following services under this agreement:

  • Repairs and Replacements: Necessary repairs or replacements for any failed equipment or software due to malfunction. This excludes damage caused by misuse or accidents.

IV. Payment Terms

V. Responsibilities of the Service Provider

  • Maintain adequate records of services performed and provide a report to the client upon request.

VI. Responsibilities of the Client

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide access to the equipment or systems covered under this agreement.

  • Notify the Service Provider of any issues or malfunctions as soon as they occur.

  • Ensure that the equipment is used and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines.

VII. Exclusions

This agreement does not cover:

  • Damages resulting from accidents, misuse, or neglect by the Client.

  • Services required due to unauthorized repairs or modifications made by the Client or third parties.

  • Costs for spare parts or components not included in the original scope.

VIII. Termination and Renewal

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice if the terms of the contract are not met. Upon expiration of the term on December 31, 2050, the agreement may be renewed based on mutual consent.
