1. Scope of Skills Development

1.2. Training programs may include both internal initiatives and external opportunities facilitated by the Company.
1.3. The Company retains the right to determine the type, scope, and duration of training programs.
2. Employee Obligations
2.1. The Employee agrees to:

2.2. The Employee commits to a continued period of employment, as stipulated by the Company's policies, after the completion of significant training investments.
2.3. The Employee shall promptly communicate any inability to attend scheduled training sessions and seek approval for rescheduling where feasible.
3. Financial Responsibility
3.1. Mandatory Training: The Company shall bear all reasonable costs associated with mandatory training programs.
3.2. Elective Training: For optional or elective training activities requested by the Employee, cost-sharing arrangements will be agreed upon in advance.
3.3. Reimbursement of training costs may be required if the Employee voluntarily terminates their employment within [specific time period] of completing significant training, as per the Company's reimbursement policy.
4. Confidentiality
