1. Purpose

5. Reimbursement of Training Costs
In the event that the Employee voluntarily terminates their employment with the Employer within 24 months after completing the training program, the Employee agrees to reimburse the Employer for the training costs as follows:

75% of the total training costs if the termination occurs within 12 months.

50% of the total training costs if the termination occurs between 13–24 months.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.
7. Termination
This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon giving written notice of 30 days, under circumstances including but not limited to breach of agreement or mutual consent.
