Student Training Agreement Design

1. Purpose

4. Responsibilities of the Student

The Student agrees to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times, adhering to the policies and codes of conduct as established by the Institution.
4.3 Confidentiality
The Student agrees to maintain confidentiality with regards to any proprietary information or materials provided during the Program.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if either the Institution or the Student fails to comply with the terms and obligations set forth. Termination of the Agreement shall be in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Institution.
6. General Provisions
6.1 Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of EduState, United States.
6.2 Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to its subject matter.
6.3 Amendments
Any modifications or amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
