II. Rental Period

III. Rental Rate and Payment

IV. Responsibilities of the Renter

The vehicle shall not be used for any unlawful purposes, nor shall it be driven by anyone other than the Renter without prior written consent from the Lessor.

The Renter agrees to return the vehicle in the same condition as it was rented, excluding normal wear and tear. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be the Renter’s responsibility, and the Renter agrees to cover repair costs.
V. Insurance and Liability

The Renter agrees to maintain valid insurance coverage for the duration of the rental period. Proof of insurance must be provided to the Lessor upon signing the Agreement.

In the event of an accident, theft, or damage to the vehicle, the Renter is responsible for the cost of repair or replacement unless covered by insurance. If the vehicle is stolen or involved in an accident, the Renter must notify the Lessor immediately and file a police report.
VI. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any of the terms outlined in this document. The Renter agrees to return the vehicle immediately upon termination of this Agreement. In the case of termination, the Renter will not be entitled to a refund for any prepaid rental fees.
VII. Miscellaneous
