Nonprofit Membership Agreement
I. Agreement Overview

2. Member Responsibilities

IV. Fees and Contributions

The Member may also be encouraged to make additional donations or voluntary contributions in support of the Organization’s programs. Such contributions are not required but are welcomed to further the Organization’s goals.
V. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the term of this Agreement. This includes financial data, membership lists, and other proprietary information.
2. Use of Member Data
The Organization agrees to protect the personal data of the Member in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not share this information with third parties without prior written consent.
VI. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Arizona. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Arizona.
VII. Termination of Membership
1. Termination by Member
