One Page Service Agreement
1. Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms and conditions under which Provider will deliver services to the Client as agreed upon in the Statement of Work ("SOW").
2. Services
Provider agrees to deliver the services as specified in the SOW, which is attached to this Agreement and forms an integral part of it.
3. Term
This Agreement shall commence on the effective date indicated on the signature page and shall continue until the completion of services.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat all information received during the performance of this Agreement as confidential and shall not disclose such information to any third party.
