Real Estate Broker Agreement
1. Introduction
This Real Estate Broker Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of March 15, 2066, by and between [YOUR COMPANY NAME], having an address at [YOUR COMPANY ADDRESS] ("Broker"), and Ena Cassin, having an address at Louisville, KY 40201 ("Client").
2. Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms and conditions under which the Broker will provide real estate brokerage services to the Client. The Broker agrees to assist the Client in the buying, selling, or leasing of properties as detailed herein.
3. Broker's Responsibilities
The Broker agrees to use their best efforts to market the property, negotiate offers, and facilitate transactions on behalf of the Client. The Broker shall:

Advertise the property through multiple channels.
Coordinate and conduct showings of the property.
Negotiate offers and counteroffers in the best interest of the Client.

4. Client's Responsibilities

Cooperate with the Broker's marketing efforts.
Ensure the property is available for showings at agreed times.
Compensate the Broker according to the terms specified in this Agreement.
5. Compensation
The Client agrees to pay the Broker a commission of 5% of the sale, purchase, or lease price of any property transaction facilitated by the Broker under this Agreement. This commission is due upon the successful closing of the transaction.
6. Term and Termination
This Agreement shall commence on March 15, 2066, and shall continue until September 15, 2066, unless terminated earlier by either party with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the Client shall pay the Broker any outstanding fees or commissions owed.
7. Confidentiality
The Broker agrees to keep all confidential information received from the Client private and secure. This obligation extends beyond the termination of this Agreement.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Kentucky. Any legal proceedings arising out of this Agreement shall be conducted in the courts of Kentucky.
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements. Any amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
