III. COMPENSATION

V. CONFIDENTIALITY

VII. INDEMNIFICATION

Indemnification by Broker: The Broker agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Principal against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Broker's actions under this Agreement.

VIII. GENERAL PROVISIONS
