Intra-Company Agreement

I. Overview of the Agreement

This Intra-Company Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on July 1, 2050, by and between:

B. Intellectual Property

V. Duration and Termination

A. Duration of Agreement

This Agreement will be effective from July 1, 2050, and will remain in effect for five (5) years, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the termination provisions.

B. Termination Clause

Either party may terminate this Agreement with 90 days’ written notice. In case of a breach of any term or condition, the non-breaching party may terminate the Agreement immediately upon notice.

VI. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Phoenix, Arizona, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
