4. LATE PAYMENTS
If the Debtor fails to make a payment by the due date, a late fee of $25.00 shall be applied. Additionally, interest shall accrue on the unpaid balance at a rate of 1.5% per month until paid in full.
5. PREPAYMENT
The Debtor may prepay the outstanding balance in full at any time without penalty.
6. DEFAULT
If the Debtor defaults by failing to make two consecutive payments, the Creditor may declare the entire remaining balance immediately due and payable.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
