4. Late Payments
If a payment is not received within 5 days of the due date, the Client agrees to pay a late fee of $100.00 per overdue installment.
5. Termination of Services
If the Client fails to make payments by this Agreement, the Service Provider reserves the right to:
a. Cease providing the Services until the account is brought current.
b. Terminate this Agreement entirely if the overdue period exceeds 30 days.
6. Refunds
All payments made under this Agreement are non-refundable.
7. Modification of Agreement
Any changes or modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, oral or written.
