1. Purpose and Background
This Share Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on November 1, 2090 by and between [YOUR COMPANY NAME], a company incorporated under the laws of [State/Country], with its principal place of business at [YOUR COMPANY ADDRESS] (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), and Maryjane Dare, having its principal place of business at Richmond, CA 94801 (hereinafter referred to as the "Investor").
