V. Closing and Transfer of Title

The closing of the sale of the Property (the "Closing") will take place on or before 30th day of April, 2050, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon by both parties in writing.

2. Transfer of Title

Upon the Closing, [Your Company Name] will transfer title to the Property to GazeGuru, free from any liens, encumbrances, or claims except as otherwise agreed upon in writing.

VI. Representations and Warranties
