This Employment Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of this 15th day of August , 2087, by and between [Your Company Name], with a principal place of business at [Your company Address] ("Employer"), and Brenda Boyle, residing at Corpus Christi, TX 78401 ("Employee").
1. Position and Duties
1.1 Title and Responsibilities
Employer hereby employs Employee in the capacity of Marketing Manager. Employee shall perform all duties and responsibilities as outlined in the attached job description, as well as other duties as may be assigned by Employer from time to time.
1.2 Best Efforts and Full-time Duties
Employee agrees to diligently, effectively, and faithfully execute the duties and to devote full time, attention, and energies to the business of the Employer during the term of employment.
2. Term of Employment
The term of this Agreement shall commence on 15th day of August , 2087 and shall continue until terminated in accordance with Section 6 of this Agreement.
3. Compensation
3.1 Salary
Employer agrees to pay Employee an annual salary of $750,000.00 payable in equal installments in accordance with the Employer's standard payroll practices.
3.2 Bonuses
Employee may be eligible for bonuses as determined by Employer's Board of Directors at their sole discretion.
4. Benefits
During the term of this Agreement, Employee shall be entitled to participate in all employee benefit plans, programs, and perquisites offered by the Employer to its employees of comparable rank.
5. Confidentiality
Employee agrees to maintain strict confidentiality of all Employer's confidential and proprietary information both during and after the term of this Agreement. Employee shall not disclose any such information to any third party without prior written consent from Employer.
6. Termination
6.1 Termination by Employer
Employer may terminate employment at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination without cause, Employee shall be entitled to severance pay as per Employer's policy.
6.2 Termination by Employee
Employee may terminate employment at any time by providing at least 30 days' written notice to Employer.
6.3 Termination for Cause
Employment may be terminated immediately by Employer for Cause, which includes theft, fraud, breach of confidentiality, gross negligence, or any other material breach of this Agreement.
7. General Provisions
7.1 Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
7.2 Amendments
This Agreement may be amended only by a written agreement signed by both parties hereto.
