1. Purpose of the Agreement
The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the terms and conditions under which the Intern will engage in an apprenticeship with the Employer to gain practical experience and skills in Software Development and Artificial Intelligence.
2. Duration
The internship will commence on January 15, 2050, and end on June 15, 2050, unless terminated earlier as per the terms of this Agreement.
3. Nature of the Internship

This internship is designed for educational and professional development purposes.

The Intern will not be considered an employee of the Employer.

The internship does not guarantee employment with the Employer upon completion.
4. Roles and Responsibilities
Employer:

Provide the Intern with a structured environment to develop software development and AI skills.

Assign tasks, projects, and training aligned with the Intern's learning objectives.

Offer guidance and constructive feedback regularly.
Intern:

Complete all assigned tasks and projects diligently and within agreed timelines.

Adhere to the Employer’s rules, regulations, and workplace policies.

Maintain confidentiality regarding all proprietary and sensitive information.
5. Working Hours
The Intern is expected to work 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The specific working schedule will be mutually agreed upon by the Employer and Intern.
6. Compensation

The internship is paid. The Intern will receive a stipend of $1,500 per month, payable on the last business day of each month.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing 14 days written notice to the other party.
8. Confidentiality
The Intern agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information obtained during the internship. This obligation extends beyond the conclusion of the internship period.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
10. Acceptance
By signing below, both parties agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
