1. Term of Apprenticeship
The apprenticeship will commence on January 15, 2050, and end on January 15, 2052, unless terminated earlier by the terms of this agreement.
2. Role and Responsibilities
The Apprentice will work as a Hairdresser Apprentice under the supervision and mentorship of the Employer. The Apprentice agrees to perform the following duties:

Assist with client services such as cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments.

Participate in training programs provided by the Employer.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Attend required educational courses and workshops.

Adhere to salon policies and health and safety regulations.
3. Training and Development
The Employer agrees to provide practical training and mentorship to the Apprentice by the apprenticeship program, which will include the following:

Hands-on learning in cutting, coloring, styling, and other hairdressing services.

Access to professional development resources, including courses and workshops.

Regular assessments to monitor progress.
4. Wages and Benefits
The Apprentice will be paid a weekly wage of $350. Any benefits offered, such as paid time off, insurance, etc., will be detailed in a separate benefits agreement or as per the company’s policy.
5. Work Hours
The Apprentice is expected to work 40 hours per week, with the following schedule:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Work hours may be subject to change based on the business needs and agreement between the Employer and the Apprentice.
6. Apprenticeship Agreement Obligations

The Employer will provide a work environment that is conducive to learning and career development.

The Apprentice will follow all work policies and procedures, including attendance, conduct, and safety requirements.

The Apprentice agrees to complete the full duration of the apprenticeship unless otherwise agreed or terminated according to the terms of this agreement.
7. Termination of Agreement
This agreement may be terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice. Grounds for immediate termination include:

Failure to perform required duties.

Violation of company policies or code of conduct.

Poor attendance or punctuality.

Failure to meet training and educational requirements.
8. Completion of Apprenticeship
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, the Apprentice may be offered a full-time position as a Hairdresser with the Employer. A formal review will be conducted at the end of the apprenticeship to evaluate performance and discuss potential future employment.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality concerning any sensitive business information learned during the apprenticeship, including client details, pricing structures, and proprietary techniques or training materials.
10. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11. Miscellaneous

Amendments: This agreement may be amended only in writing, signed by both parties.

Entire Agreement: This agreement represents the entire understanding between the Employer and the Apprentice and supersedes any prior agreements.
