Room Tenancy Agreement
This Room Tenancy Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of this 9th day of January 2050 (the "Effective Date") by and between the following parties:

I. Premises

Tenant’s Responsibility: The Tenant shall promptly report any damages or repairs needed in the Premises to the Landlord. The Tenant shall not make alterations or repairs to the Premises without the written consent of the Landlord.
VII. Utilities

VIII. Governing Law
