VII. Termination and Renewal
Termination by Sublessor

Termination by Sublessee
The Sublessee may terminate this Agreement by providing 30 days’ written notice to the Sublessor. Upon termination, the Sublessee will return all keys and other property belonging to the Sublessor.
Renewal
Any renewal of this sublease will require a new agreement between both parties.
VIII. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Nevada. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts located within Clark County, Nevada.
