Sublessee's Responsibilities
The Sublessee agrees to keep the room clean and in good condition. The Sublessee shall notify the Sublessor of any maintenance issues promptly and cooperate in facilitating necessary repairs.
The Sublessee is responsible for adhering to all rules and regulations related to the property and surrounding areas.
VII. Termination and Renewal
Termination by Sublessor
The Sublessor may terminate this Agreement immediately if the Sublessee breaches any of the terms and conditions outlined herein. In such cases, the Sublessee must vacate the room within 15 days of receiving notice.
Termination by Sublessee
The Sublessee may terminate this Agreement by providing 30 days’ written notice to the Sublessor. Upon termination, the Sublessee will return all keys and other property belonging to the Sublessor.
Renewal
Any renewal of this sublease will require a new agreement between both parties.
VIII. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Nevada. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts located within Clark County, Nevada.
