Month-to-Month Room Rental Agreement
I. Introduction
This Room Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of the 1st day of February, 2050, by and between [Your Name], the landlord ("Landlord"), and Porter Hoppe, the tenant ("Tenant").
