Month-to-Month Room Rental Agreement
I. Introduction
This Room Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of the 1st day of February, 2050, by and between [Your Name], the landlord ("Landlord"), and Porter Hoppe, the tenant ("Tenant"). 3. Guests
Tenant is permitted to have guests, but must notify [Your Name] if the guest stays for more than 7 consecutive days. Tenants are responsible for the behavior of their guests while on the Premises.
