California Room Rental Agreement
I. Introduction
This Room Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on this 9th day of January, 2050, by and between [Your Name] ("Landlord") and Johann Harvey ("Tenant"). The Tenant may terminate this Agreement by providing 30 days' written notice to the Landlord. Upon termination, the Tenant shall vacate the Premises and return all keys, access cards, or other property provided by the Landlord.
