Texas Room Rental Agreement
I. Introduction
This Room Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on this 9th day of January, 2050, by and between [Your Name], hereinafter referred to as "Landlord," and Rocky Orn, hereinafter referred to as "Tenant."
