I. Introduction

This Room Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on this 9th day of January, 2050, by and between [Your Name], hereinafter referred to as "Landlord," and Rocky Orn, hereinafter referred to as "Tenant." II. Property Description

III. Rental Term

Rental Payment

  • The Tenant shall not engage in any illegal activities or cause disturbances that affect the peace and quiet of the building.

  • The Tenant agrees to notify the Landlord of any necessary repairs or maintenance promptly.

V. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

VI. Termination

Termination by Tenant

  • The Tenant may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the Landlord at least 30 days prior to the intended move-out date.

Termination by Landlord

  • The Landlord may terminate this Agreement with at least 30 days' written notice in the event of a breach of this Agreement by the Tenant or any other material reason.

VII. Additional Terms

  • No pets are allowed on the Premises without prior written approval from the Landlord.

  • The Tenant shall not sublease the room or assign this Agreement to any third party.

  • Smoking is prohibited inside the room and within the common areas.
