This Room Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is made on this 9th day of January, 2050, by and between [Your Name], located at [Your Company Address] ("Landlord"), and Barry Morar, located at Charlotte, NC 28202 ("Tenant"). To maintain the Premises in habitable condition.

To ensure that the common areas are kept clean and safe.
To pay rent on time and in full.
To maintain the cleanliness of the rented room and any shared spaces.
To immediately notify the Landlord of any damage or issues with the Premises.
To not engage in any illegal activities at the Premises.
To comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the use of the room and Premises.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina.
Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing 30 days written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the Tenant must vacate the room by the termination date and return all keys and access devices.
This Agreement may be renewed upon mutual agreement of both parties. Any renewal will be in writing and will supersede this Agreement.
