Maternity Leave Resignation Letter
MATERNITY LEAVE RESIGNATION LETTER
Dear Ms. Andrea Watkins,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to inform you of my decision to resign from my position as a Caregiver at Suadela Hospital. My last working day will be on March 25, 2050, as I will be going on maternity leave.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my time working at Suadela Hospital. The opportunity to care for the individuals under our care and support their well-being has been incredibly rewarding. However, with the impending arrival of my child, I have decided to take this time to focus on my family and provide the necessary care during this crucial period.
I believe it is in the best interest of both my family and Suadela Hospital that I take this leave and not return to my position. I am confident in the ability of the team to maintain the high level of care and professionalism that Suadela Hospital is known for.
I would like to express my gratitude for the guidance and support that I have received from you and the rest of the team during my tenure here. I have grown both personally and professionally, and I am grateful for the opportunities that Suadela Hospital has provided me.
Thank you once again for your understanding and support. I assure you that I will fulfill all my responsibilities and ensure a smooth transition of my duties before my departure. Please let me know if there are any specific tasks or documents that need to be completed before I leave. I am more than happy to assist in any way I can.
Once again, thank you for everything, and I wish Suadela Hospital continued success. Please convey my best wishes to the entire team.
Sincerely,
Hattie Johnson
