IT Project Manager Resignation Letter
IT Project Manager Resignation Letter
Dear Donna M. Harris,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to formally resign from my position as the IT Project Manager at TechSolutions Pro, effective May 5, 2053. It is with deep regret that I must make this decision due to health reasons.
Over the past years, it has been an absolute privilege to work alongside such talented individuals and contribute to the success and growth of TechSolutions Pro. I have had the opportunity to be part of challenging and rewarding projects, showcasing my skills and abilities in managing teams, meeting deadlines, and delivering quality outcomes.
Unfortunately, my current health condition requires my immediate attention and focus on recovery. I have consulted with my healthcare professionals, and they strongly advise me to take a medical leave for an extended period. It is essential for me to prioritize my well-being and take the necessary steps towards complete recovery.
Rest assured, I will ensure a smooth transition of my responsibilities to make the handover process as seamless as possible. I will be more than willing to assist in training my replacement or providing any necessary documentation or guidance to ensure the continued success of the current projects.
I would like to express my gratitude to you and the entire TechSolutions Pro team for your support, guidance, and understanding during my tenure. I have not only gained valuable professional experiences but also formed lasting relationships that I will cherish. I am confident that TechSolutions Pro will continue to thrive and achieve greater heights in the industry.
Thank you once again for everything, and please do not hesitate to reach out if there is anything I can do to facilitate a smooth transition. I am grateful for the opportunities and growth I have experienced while at TechSolutions Pro, and I leave with fond memories and a sense of pride in our accomplishments.
Wishing you and the entire team all the best for the future. Thank you for your understanding.
Sincerely,
Gregory L Lyles
