Dear Mr. Owens,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing on behalf of Harrison Construction to inform you of our decision to terminate the contract we have with your company, effective immediately, due to financial issues.

As stated in our contract dated January 1, 2050, both parties have the right to terminate the agreement in the event of unforeseen circumstances that significantly affect the financial stability of either party. Unfortunately, Harrison Construction has recently encountered severe financial difficulties that prevent us from continuing with the contracted project.

We understand that this termination may cause inconvenience for your company, and we regret any negative impact this may have on your business operations. We assure you that this decision was made after careful consideration of all available options, and it is in the best interest of both parties involved.

Please be advised that as per the terms of our agreement, both parties will be released from their obligations and liabilities resulting from the contract termination. Additionally, any outstanding payments will be settled according to the payment schedule outlined in the contract.
