Dear Mr. Klinger,

I am writing this letter to discuss your performance with Medi Sync. Despite the various opportunities and guidance given to improve, it has been observed that there has not been any significant improvement in your performance.

As you know, we have discussed these issues on various occasions, but we have not seen improved efforts from your end. Productivity and accuracy in your tasks are integral to our collective success and unfortunately, your work of late has not met the desired standards.

Please understand that this decision has not been taken lightly but is necessary for the betterment of the company and its employees. Your employment with Medi Sync is terminated effective immediately.

All your benefits and dues shall be cleared with the accounts department by the end of this month. Please return any company property you currently have in your possession to Human Resources.

Kindly consider this letter as a formal notification of your employment termination.
