I am writing in response to your invitation to submit a bid on your upcoming construction project. I appreciate the confidence you've shown in our abilities. However, after thoroughly reviewing the project specifications, we regret we cannot submit a bid now.
Our current projects have fully engaged our resources, and we are committed to ensuring the finest quality in our deliverables. As such, it would not be beneficial to either party for us to undertake another project simultaneously, as we cannot compromise on our quality of work or exceed our capacity.
