Dear Mr. Hadley Sheridan,
My name is Carter Young, and I am writing to express my intention to open a new restaurant in your esteemed establishment, "Sheridan Plaza." I believe our ultimate dining experience in Plate Perfect will be an excellent addition to the current tenants, bringing diversity and further enhancing the Plaza's reputation.
I have operated numerous food and beverage establishments nationwide as a seasoned restaurateur. My team and I pride ourselves on providing high-quality gastronomic experiences to our clients while maintaining an atmosphere that suits all dining occasions.
To set our plans in motion, I propose a lease term of 24 months starting on August 1, 2050. We are optimistic that this would give us sufficient time to establish our presence and build our clientele within Sheridan Plaza.
