Dear Ms. Sipes,
This letter confirms our mutual understanding regarding the Commitment Agreement between Apex Synergy and yourself. The primary purpose of this agreement is to outline the terms under which we agree to provide our products/services for an agreed duration.
As part of this agreement, payment terms are as per discussions: half up front, balance at the completion of service/provision of product. Both parties agree to fulfill their respective responsibilities in a timely and professional manner. Confidentiality is paramount, and both parties are assured to honor this. In case of termination, a notification should be given in writing by either party period, for 30 days prior.
This agreement will be governed under the law of 3353 Keyser Ridge Road Thomasville, NC 27360. We hope that this letter summarizes the agreement accurately.
