EMPLOYMENT
NON-COMPETE AGREEMENT
[NAME OF EMPLOYEE], hereby referred to as the “Undersigned,” has confirmed and agreed that any time during the term of [HIS OR HER] employment, and within [NUMBER] [MONTHS OR YEARS] following the earlier termination or natural expiration of [HIS OR HER] employment with the Company, [NAME OF EMPLOYEE] shall not directly or indirectly represent himself or act on behalf of another person or entity. The Undersigned shall be prohibited from working for another person or company, providing consulting services, engaging in any profitable venture or operating a company which business is similar to the business operated or undertaken by the Company during the natural expiration or earlier termination of Undersigned’s employment with Company.
Any time throughout the term of [HIS OR HER] employment with Company and within [NUM BER OF MONTHS OR YEARS] following the natural expiration or earlier termination of Under signet's employment, [NAME OF EMPLOYEE] acknowledges and agrees that [HE OR SHE] shall not directly or indirectly employ, attempt to employ, or encourage any individual or entity to leave the employment of the Company.
In the event Undersigned is unable to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this Employment Non-Compete Agreement, appropriate legal actions or court proceedings may be resorted to.
