I am writing this letter to formalize the end of your tenancy agreement at 707 Maple Road, Apt 8B, Lakeside, CA 90235. As of March 31, 2023, you will no longer be a tenant of the aforementioned property. This decision was made following a review of our overall plans for the property.
The property must be completely vacated by March 31, 2023. Please ensure that all personal items have been removed, all utilities in your name have been cancelled or transferred, and the property returned to its original condition subject to fair wear and tear. A final walk-through and inspection will take place on the aforementioned termination date to assess any potential damage. Any identified damages not covered by the security deposit will be your responsibility.
