Social Media Agreement
This Social Media Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on January 16, 2054, by and between:
[Your Company Name], a company registered under the laws of North Carolina with its principal place of business located at [Your Company Address], herein referred to as "Company."
And
[Employee Name], an individual with their principal residence located at [Employee Address], herein referred to as "Social Media Manager."
(Hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Parties.")
WHEREAS, the Company wishes to engage the services of the Social Media Manager for the purpose of managing and optimizing the Company's social media accounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein and for other good and valuable consideration, the Parties agree as follows:
1. Scope of Services
1.1 Services. The Social Media Manager agrees to provide social media management services, including but not limited to content creation, posting, engagement, and analytics, for the Company's social media accounts listed in Exhibit A.
1.2 Ownership. All social media content created during the term of this Agreement shall be the property of the Company.
2. Compensation
2.1 Payment. The Company agrees to pay the Social Media Manager as outlined in Exhibit B attached hereto.
2.2 Expenses. The Social Media Manager shall be responsible for all expenses incurred in the performance of services under this Agreement unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3. Term and Termination
3.1 Term. This Agreement shall commence on January 16, 2054, and shall continue for a period of 12 months unless terminated earlier as provided herein.
3.2 Termination for Convenience. Either Party may terminate this Agreement for any reason with 30 days written notice to the other Party.
3.3 Termination for Cause. This Agreement may be terminated immediately by either Party if the other Party breaches any material term or condition of this Agreement.
4. Confidentiality
4.1 Confidential Information. Both Parties agree to treat all information received from the other Party as confidential and not disclose it to third parties unless required by law.
5. Governing Law
5.1 Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina, and any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of North Carolina.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto have executed this Social Media Agreement as of the Effective Date.
