1. Introduction:

7. Use of RV

Sublet or assign the RV to any third party.
Use the RV for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
Exceed the maximum occupancy limit of 6 persons.
Use the RV for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Owner.
8. Return of RV
The Renter shall return the RV to the Owner's designated location on [Date], by noon. The RV must be returned in the same condition as received, with a full tank of fuel and all equipment intact. Any late returns may incur additional charges.
9. Liability
The Owner shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by the Renter or third parties during the rental period. The Renter assumes full responsibility for the RV and its occupants during the rental period.
10. Governing Law
