Car Rental Agreement

II. Rental Terms

Security Deposit

III. Responsibilities of the Renter
Use of Vehicle
The Renter agrees to use the vehicle in a careful and lawful manner and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

The Renter is responsible for the maintenance of the vehicle during the rental period, including but not limited to oil changes, tire pressure checks, and fueling.
IV. Insurance and Liability
Insurance Coverage
The Renter must provide proof of valid insurance coverage for the vehicle. The Lessor recommends that the Renter maintain liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $100,000 per accident.
Liability
The Renter shall be responsible for any damage to the vehicle and any liability incurred during the rental period. The Lessor shall not be liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the use of the vehicle.
V. Termination
Early Termination
The Lessor reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately if the Renter breaches any terms herein or if the vehicle is used for illegal purposes.
Return of Vehicle
Upon termination of this Agreement, the Renter shall return the vehicle to the Lessor at [Your Company Address].
VI. Miscellaneous
Governing Law
