II. Payment Terms
Payment Schedule
Payments must be made according to the following schedule:

Deposit: A deposit of $500.00 is due at the time of booking.

Final Payment: The remaining balance of $1,600.00 is due November 15, 2050.
Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
III. Security Deposit
A security deposit of $500.00 is required. This deposit will be refunded within 14 days after check-out, provided there are no damages to the Property and all terms of this Agreement have been fulfilled.
IV. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing to [Your Email]. The following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 15-30 days before check-in get a 50% refund.

Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in will forfeit the entire rental fee.

The Tenant agrees to use the Property solely for residential purposes and shall not conduct any illegal activities on the premises.
Maintenance and Repairs

Indemnification

VI. Additional Terms
Smoking Policy
