This Private Tenancy Agreement (the "Agreement") was made and entered on this 12th day of December of 2056 (the "Effective Date") by and between [LANDLORD NAME] (the "Landlord") and [TENANT NAME] (the "Tenant"). This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions that both parties are willing to accept regarding the rental of the said residential property.


1. RENTAL PROPERTY

1.1 Property Description:

The individual known as the Landlord, by the contents of this document, officially grants rental permission to the interested party, hereafter referred to as the Tenant. The property being rented out by the Landlord to the Tenant is situated at [FULL ADDRESS OF THE PROPERTY]. The details for this accurate geographical location are herein termed the "Property". The Tenant has expressed a willingness to lease the abovementioned Property by happily agreeing to comply with the set of stipulations and conditions detailed in this document. 2. RENT AND DEPOSIT

4.4 Reporting of Maintenance Issues:

The Tenant shall promptly notify the Landlord of any necessary repairs or maintenance issues affecting the Property. Failure to report such issues promptly may result in additional damages or costs for which the Tenant may be held responsible.

4.5 Emergency Maintenance:

In the event of an emergency maintenance issue posing an immediate threat to health, safety, or property, the Tenant shall notify the Landlord or designated property manager immediately. The Landlord shall promptly address emergency maintenance requests to mitigate any further damage or risk.

4.6 Landlord's Maintenance Responsibilities:

The Landlord shall be responsible for maintaining the structural integrity of the Property and ensuring that all major systems (e.g., plumbing, heating, electrical) are in good working order. The Landlord shall promptly address any maintenance issues that are the result of normal wear and tear or conditions beyond the Tenant's control.

5. DEFAULT

5.1 Termination Clause:

If the Tenant fails to comply with any of the material provisions of this Agreement, or of any present rules and regulations governing the Property, the Landlord may terminate this Agreement upon providing proper notice to the Tenant.
