Travel Agency Employment Agreement

Recitals
WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of providing travel-related services;

Agreement
1. Position and Responsibilities
1.1 Position: The Employee is employed in the capacity of [Job Title]. The Employee's duties shall include, but not be limited to, advising clients on travel options, planning and booking travel, managing travel accommodations, and providing support before, during, and after travel.

2. Term of Employment

5.2 Return of Materials: Upon termination of employment, the Employee agrees to return all Company documents, materials, and other properties that were used, created, or controlled during the term of employment.
6. Non-Compete and Non-Solicitation
6.1 Non-Compete Agreement: During the Employee's tenure and for [time period] thereafter, the Employee shall not engage in or assist others in engaging in any business that is in direct competition with the core services offered by the Company within a [specified mile radius] of any of the Company’s offices.
