1. Scope of Services

1.1 Description of Services: The Designer agrees to provide interior design consultation services to the Client. These services may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Initial consultation to discuss the Client's vision, requirements, and preferences.

  • Review of existing space and recommendations for improvements.

  • Suggestions for furniture layout, color schemes, lighting, and décor.

  • Guidance on material selection, finishes, and furnishings.

1.2 Exhibit A: A detailed description of the Services to be provided is attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference.

2. Consultation Fees

2.1 Consultation Rate: In consideration for the Services provided by the Designer, the Client agrees to pay the Designer a consultation fee of [$80] per hour.

6. Confidentiality

6.1 Confidential Information: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the consultation sessions. This includes, but is not limited to, discussions about the Client's personal preferences, budget, and future plans.

7. Termination

7.1 Termination Clause: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Client shall pay the Designer for any consultation sessions already completed up to the date of termination.

8. Governing Law
