June 1, 2053
Luke Reese
987 Dreamland Drive
Apt 77, Imagination Isle, NY 98765
Dear Mr. Reese,
I hope this letter finds you well. It has come to my attention that unauthorized construction or modifications have been carried out at the property located at 987 Dreamland Drive, Apt 77, which you are currently leasing. Specifically, the following changes were observed:
-
Installation of shelving units that required drilling into the walls
-
Addition of a partition wall in the living room
As per the terms of the lease agreement dated March 1, 2052, any alterations, modifications, or construction on the rental property must receive prior written approval from the landlord. Section 10 of the lease prohibits such activities without consent. To date, I have not received any request or approval documentation for the modifications you have made.
In light of this, I kindly request that you take immediate action to address the unauthorized construction by removing the partition wall and repairing the drilled walls no later than June 15, 2053. Failure to comply with this request may result in further action, including but not limited to financial penalties, legal action, or eviction, as outlined in the lease agreement.
Please contact me as soon as possible to confirm your plan to resolve this matter. I would be happy to discuss this with you and find a solution that works for both parties.
Thank you for your immediate attention to this issue. I trust that we can resolve it quickly and amicably.
Sincerely,
